About us:

Mary is an elementary school teacher.

Joseph works for a law firm in Florida.

We both enjoy swimming and kayaking in our spare time.

How we met:

We met at Wright State University. We never shared a class, but we would constantly

see each other on campus, yet we never spoke to each other.

One night, we were out to eat at the same restaurant with friends,

and Joe came up to me and asked me out. The rest is history!

How we got engaged:

It was Christmas Day and Joe gave me the best gift ever!

About our wedding:

The ceremony will be held on July 4th at the First Baptist Church in Jacksonville.

Attendants are:

Maid of Honor - Stacy Brown - sister of the bride

Bridesmaids: Susan Clark, Betty Johnson, & Marge Peterson

Best Man- Rob Sowders, best friend of the groom

About our honeymoon:

We are planning a romantic trip to Grand Bahama Island in the Bahamas.

Our hotel is "Our Lucaya" , an ocean front resort that is absolutely beautiful! We are

looking forward to lots of relaxing on the beach and feeling the cool breeze blow.

We cannot wait to taste the local cuisine and enjoy the island's many sights and sounds.

Mary is looking forward to shopping in the local straw markets.
